the cost of paid subscriptions have been lowered

Because the economy is in hell!

I’m sending out a shorter newsletter today just to announce that paid subscriptions for the Inner Parlour posts here on Lilith’s Muse have been lowered to 5 dollars a month—or 50 dollars a year, if you’d like an annual subscription. Founding membership is pay what you wish, starting at 70 dollars.

I’m not sure where I stand on the “art is a luxury” debate. Artists deserve to be compensated for their time and effort, of course, but I don’t believe that everything needs to be so damn expensive. The price of everything is skyrocketing and, while I want to continue to have some support from my work, I don’t want to be another reason people feel economic distress.

So! New, lower prices are in place for Lilith’s Muse. If this is still too pricey for you, I completely understand and hope you still get a lot of enjoyment from the free monthly posts. If you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription, thank you so much for your support.
